Refund policy
At Rebel Edge, we follow a structured exchange and return process to ensure quality control and transparency.
Eligibility & Booking
- Exchange or return requests must be booked within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Pickup Timeline
- Once your exchange/return request is approved, pickup will be arranged within 48 hours.
- After pickup, the parcel will reach our warehouse within 3–5 working days.
Quality Check (QC)
- All returned items undergo a strict quality check at our warehouse.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Items failing QC will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Rebel Edge does not guarantee the availability of replacement items.
Refund Policy
- After successful QC approval, the refund will be credited to your Rebel Edge Wallet (Wallet).
- Refunds are processed only after the product is received and inspected.
Return Fee
- A ₹300 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover logistics and handling charges.
Important Notes
- Shipping delays beyond our control may affect delivery timelines.
- Rebel Edge reserves the right to approve or reject any return/exchange request based on QC results.
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers may have different return eligibility.
