2.1 Exchange Policy - Rebel Edge does not offer free exchanges. Customers are responsible for all postage costs related to product exchanges.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team at mailto: support@rebeledge.com to obtain an exchange approval. Once approved, you may send the item(s) back to us. The items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability and we cannot guarantee the availability of the desired replacement item.
2.2 Returns Policy - Returns are only accepted if the product is received damaged or torn. - If you receive a damaged or torn product, please contact our support team at mailto: support@rebeledge.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Provide photographic evidence of the damage to expedite the process.
- Upon receiving approval from our team, you may return the product to us. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our support team.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

General Conditions - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. - You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

ON-SALE PURCHASE
- Products purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
CUSTOMS
- Countries other than India may be subject to additional duties to be paid. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties. If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to the RebelEdge warehouse and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
- Rebel Edge does not take any responsibility for orders stuck/lost at customs.
DAMAGED GOODS
- For any products damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us to file a claim at mail to: support@rebeledge.in Kindly save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
